Bitcoin can be easily charged back right now , you will not find someone that trusts you without verification when purchasing using cc. You may try to fool some of the not so known exchanges but it will be really hard as some of them use the same verificator.

You can't atleast use the credit card to buy Giftcard, then you sell the giftcards at website like paxful , local bitcoins etc

I'm afraid it's not so easy to buy bitcoin with a credit card WITHOUT verification. Why not advert and meet someone on the street and buy with cash?

Go to Paysend they allow you to use your CC.
but the BTC seller also needs an account with paysend. I did the same today.
It takes like some few minutes.
