I bought some watch time for my channel, chose a panel, had some long videos, and sent the watch time to one of those videos. The next day, the chosen video didn't have any new views (and therefore watch time), but other videos had a lot of retention, exceeding 100% retention, and this happened in several videos. My channel was monetized a certain time ago, and I noticed that these videos with retention above 100% have a better CPM. I wonder if I will have problems in the future with this above-normal retention in these videos? Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? I believe that over time, people will continue to watch these videos, and the retention will drop to normal levels.

retention above 100% is normal, the organic way why this happens is whenever a user rewatches ur video after viewing it fully or keeps rewinding several times for example some crazy funny video or something.
Retention of more than 100% from SMM panels happens because of poor scripting tactics from providers and can result in drops but that's all, there is no harm to the channel.
Harm can be only done with 10-15 sec retention views for videos longer than 2 min as it will show youtube that your content is not much interesting hence youtube will impose limits on your organic reach.
