Buying visa virtual card with paypal?

Hey. I was wondering if any of you know of a way to buy and fund a prepaid virtual card with paypal?

I've tried paypal > virwox > cryptopay But my money got eaten in fees (Tested with $20 paypal ended up with $14.50 BTC)

I'm looking at some known and reputable service with their own webpage like cryptopay, or gyft. Not looking to buy from guys who offer that service here unless of course they have a huge ton of reputation.

Please don't answer questions i didn't make, like:

• Hey, why don't you get a paypal debit card?
• Hey, why don't you withdraw to your bank account then use it from your debit card?
• Hey why don't you use payoneer?

My question is: Where to buy and fund virtual prepaid cards with paypal balance so i can then purchase stuff with it.
