Buying views.......

How important is location?

Given 2 choices, 20-50% retention but US viewers vs 80-90% retention from smaller countries, which would be better for a music channel?

Also should I continue to buy views or stop? (Currently only at 100 subs, only 200-300 views per video natural)

I don't recommend buying views if you're going for high competitive keywords.
