buying Ukraine .UA Domain Name

.UA domain registrations generally require a matching trademark right, such as a Ukraine trademark or a WIPO/Madrid trademark covering Ukraine. The trademark name should match the domain name, and this applies to both company and individual registrants.
.com.ua is a different zone and normally does not require the same matching trademark document, so it may be easier if you do not have a matching trademark.
Better to confirm this before paying for the domain, especially if you are buying it from another owner.

@nicenic is right about the trademark thing. if you dont have a registered TM that matches the domain name exactly, you literally cannot register a .ua even if it expired and has crazy backlinks. registrars will block the registration or suspend it immediately if you cant provide the TM number.
if you already have the TM, nic.ua is probably your best bet and they support paypal last time i checked. otherwise you are wasting your time looking at .ua and should stick to .com.ua like suggested above. i tried buying an expired .ua portfolio last year and had to drop the whole thing because of the TM paperwork, it is a massive headache.
