Since just about everyone on here who has a huge following is going to be populated with fakes or low hanging fruit not specific to your genre, I would think you'd be way better off seeking out people with very targeted following for your niche that appears NOT to be over inflated.
Plenty of folks on fiverr that will blast you to MILLIONS of "followers" for $5.

Try looking at fiverr where you can look at their gig description and see if they have the targeted following you require. You can also try looking at SEOClerks.
