99% of the time it is a waste of money. Most visitors stay for a few seconds, just long enough to close the page. What do you hope to gain by buying traffic? Unless you mean adsense or another similar program.

You better buy some traffic from ad networks , if you bid right you get lots of clicks and targeted traffic .

You should be a little more specific.
Whats your purpose of buying traffic? Whats your niche (roughly)? Are you selling something?

+ Where are you planning to buy your traffic? Because FB ads, adwords are different from maxvisits for example.
