I've sent paid traffic to direct CPA offers before, it's a gamble,
because I'm assuming the traffic you bought isn't targeted so maybe
1-5 in every 5k will go through with the offer. Once I paid $25 for 20k
traffic, and made $40 off the CPA, and once I paid $50 and made only $11..
It's a risk, unless you have laser targeted traffic. Good luck.

Most traffic bought may not genuine.
Most of them are likely to be fakes. Especially those from untrusted sources.
Unless you have access to laser targeted traffic through double opt-in in your niche, you may not really make something good out of it.
