I need some black hat way of increasing serp as fast as possible.

Is buying traffic working for churn and burn site?

Or it’s waste of time?

Yes if you buy through adwords and the like. If you are taking about cheap traffic where you get 10k visitors for 5 bucks then you are better off without them.

Traffic from paid sources of advertising like adwords and facebook ads is good but avoid from cheap sources
