Most ad networks will ban you for that, incentive clicking is a certain ban, especially AdSenseDo an advent calender event. Every day give something away on your website.
On the first day, ask all people which name start with an "A" to click on that ad, etc.
On the 24th you do XYZ in one rush and there you go, everyone clicked and your CTR is 2-6% every day.

Well it doesn't matter if it's facebook, twitter etc, it's still incentive which AdSense doesn't allow is what I meant

Buying pop-under traffic? Pop-under traffic generates literally 0 clicks, only leaving by impressions. Sure this would be bad if it had no clicks when I have 10k traffic impressions registered, but real clicks from real people are going to be registered via FB Group followers so it blends nicely.
