I have a PPD site that offers something but IDK how to promote it besides FB which hasn't gotten me alot and same with youtube. Would buying views help me out at all? Is there a chance I could make some money? Do they sell real views? Like are they real people or bots. Please let me know. Thanks

Buying traffic for you won't do anything. I suggest either finding a better niche or promote it better via boosted views.

Buying traffic wont help.
Buying views on YT can definitely help, as it can create a snowball effect and actually increase real natural views (however when buying views, they will not be 'real' people who are browsing YT looking for stuff to watch)

But I don't know what video to promote. Like im not going to spend $200 on 200k views and then the video get deleted and I don't see any downloads or anything...
