Buying Tier 1 links - Please suggest

I am looking to build around 50-100 Tier 1 Links. I have been scouting the entire marketplace for few days now but cannot really make my mind up,

Is there anyone who can suggest service provider that offers some decent plan

Advertise on BHW
Go for web2.0s and high pr blog posts as well as links from article directories, social networks and guest blog. Get a good mix of them, you may want to use a different service for each set. Focus upon real quality.

Diversity is much important.. If you go for tier1 links then do prefer only manual backlinks, it effects more.. Don't go for quantity, get quality links.. Just invest more to get good and safe links..
 
If you didn't build backlinks before for this website, don't get all the backlinks high quality links.

You can build them yourself... really, if you are on a tight budget, you aren't going to get quality T1

- Write 2-3 articles
- Spin them manually
- Create web 2.0 accounts and submit your articles

This will take you a few days but you'll be saving money to buy cheaper T2 links
