Buying Through GoDaddy

I want to purchase a new domain through them, but in the past I've had trouble. I have tried using prepaid cards before (not the kind you reload, just the one use ones), but every time I have they suspend the purchase and then ask me to send photo id and all this. Is there a way not to trigger those checks? Or do they just do that for everyone? Or just prepaid card users?
