Buying targeted traffic.Can be profitable?

Let's say i send 10.000k hits from traffic seller to my best Micro Niche Site (highest offers conversion). The targeted traffic will be related to my niche.Are those visits only bots visits, or actually there is a possibility for some leads?

Yep, your money would be better spent buying solo ads or advertising space on sites related to your micro niche. The nature of how you collect leads is also important; generating a mailing list, for example, will not only get you more leads than just going for the sale (most people think for a bit before buying products online) but will also bring you greater revenue down the road.

Tried different targeted traffic providers in last few weeks.

Got...
15,000+ of unique "targeted" visitors in few days.
0 leads.

What do I think about it now? Never will do it again.

I think it very subjective. If your website has strong headlines, compelling graphics or images, quality content, great products/services and promotions - you should be able to attract many of these visitors to stay, click and buy.

Targetted Traffic is profitable. Buying is another thing all together. Where you are buying it from is what is important. Any form of advertising is buying traffic. So choose where you buy it from carefully.
