Buying subscribers to monetize channel?

Hi, I recently uploaded a short video (2 min) that went viral and has couple of hundred thousand views and around 9k hours watch time.
I only have around 80 subscribers.
Since the requirements of monetizing the channel is 1k subs and 4k watch hours, would it be smart / possible to buy the remaining 900 subs and monetize this video?
Is there a significant account risk for doing do?

Yes, you can, But make they are real subscribers, not bot subscribers
 
If you're building a long term asset it's always advisable to let everything be organic. Fake subs negatively affects your engagement.
If it's a churn and burn channel then go ahead and buy the subs.

Just buy the subs. You're losing money each day you're not monetized. Just find a reliable seller and buy them. Make sure they have a refill option in case those subs drop.
 
Fake subscribers will not work as much as you are thinking.
 
Most panels on here sell fake profiles. They look real but when you click they are not. You need to buy real once that maybe make a comment on your channel as well.

Buy slow subs which are guaranteed non drop by the provider you may choose. Yes the traffic will get wasted but it's ok. Till then focus on expanding your audience even more

Agree. You're burning money every single day right now. Might as well take the risk while your video is hot.
 
You can complete the criteria and get monetised but these people will not watch the videos you upload in future. Channel will become dead in future.
 
You're not wasting time, just go and build your channel naturally. You can buy subs and watch time, but you never know its quality. And you will get monetization but your algorithm may suck. If you think you can hit a few more viral short videos, then go that way.
 
I thought YT short hours arent counted as 4000 monetization hours?
 
For monetization you need original content. Are your shorts videos made by you? Or do you reupload other people videos?
 
there is no risk you can go ahead. Never seen one channel ban in my life for buy subs

Continue pushing that gap of followers and views you buy subscribers there are a lot of options such as vpn, proxy bots subscribers or you can do it organically, I have never seen an account ban for buying subs but it all depends on your budget some options require a bigger budget than others. Keep it up and you will get your videos monetized!
 
if you want to get a channel monetized then just buy the 1k subs and watch time.
1k subs isn't going to hurt a new channel, there's plenty of channels that have 1-5k natural subs that barely get any views or engagement.
get the channel monetized, and then start making quality content.
