buying signups for affiliate cash

I have a question. I found a guy on ebay selling 50-100 signups for like $0.50 each. I'm sure there are other companies that do this as well, not sure about the price though. Can you just sign up for azoogleads.com, find an offer that pays per signups (email only, or email & name only), and submit your affiliate link to these people offering the signups for $0.50 each? For example, there is an offer where your signup just has to put their email address in and you earn $1.65. If you subtract $0.50 from that, you're still earning $1.15 from each signup. Doesn't sound like a lot but if you multiply it several times, it can add up very easily. Does this work or will azoogleads.com decide that they won't pay you because none of your signups completed the offer. And I don't know if any of the signups this guy is offering will complete the offer. He says they are real people who are interested in whatever link I send them to. I wouldn't think any of them would actually fulfill the offer but I don't know. What do you guys think about this? Is this a dumb idea? Would it work? Let me know.

Frankly, I've found most of those "guaranteed signup" sites to be complete
bullshit. If they do work, they take yearssss to finally come through.

Some people claim that they have found sites that work, but I'll believe
it when I see it.

What about some of the paid to read email sites. Some of them offer sign up offers some like .05 or .50

I never see any cpa stuff there, It is basically sign up for my free program where you will make millions and no one has to pay anything ever. I have been out of waisting my time with paid to read email crap for a long time, but working it with cpa offers might work ok.

Well, I used a service like that in the past (not the one above) and long story
short it sucked terribly.

Does that mean this one sucks? No, of course not but I wouldn't waste my money. Most of these sites don't work very well or they take ages to complete the allotted sign-ups.

If you can test it with a small amount then go for it. Test like 50 bucks or less and if it doesn't come through, oh well.

I couldn't tell you if this one is any different than the service I used a while back but if it's anything like it I wouldn't recommend it.
