Buying shoutouts from really big accounts? help

I've researched this quite a bit, and I can't seem to find much of anything besides journeys and other useless answers, and I don't have the money to spare for experiments so if you could give me some help I would really appreciate it. First off, I have a nature/destinations niche page at over 10k followers I'm wondering if you have any recommendations for who I should go to with shoutouts? And second I'd like to know if you think I would receive good feedback from buying shoutouts from pages in other niches, and if so who/what would you recommend?

Shoutouts are not really worth unless you know how to play with them.
For new account, follow/unfollow is good option in my opinion. Then go for SFS and make connections with accounts of same size as yours
