Got contacted by a company Pepper Bottle SEO offering to sell me SEO leads... Anyone tried them? Can anyone recommend some good ways to get leads? Good palces to buy leads? Is it better to buy then to just cold call?

Why??? You search for a keyword you have the skill level to dominate and then start contacting page 2 and after if it looks like they are investing money in their website.

They had better have a very high conversion ratio and a very low cost... otherwise the only other way they would have value is if they are being offloaded from their current SEO provider.

google pepper bottle and checkout the complaints. They now go under green tree leads...
