I know there are tons of guides, etc out their. I have a particular situation, there is a domain that expired for this company that has a hi demand for a webpage and the particular domain name I would assume as its exactly the name of their business.
1st I need to know a accurate appraisal site for calculating value.
2nd needed some info/resource on how to obtain, what to do with domains once you get them and how to profit off them.
I got a 20k value out of that above sites domain I assume I could buy for a reasonable price. Idk how that will reflect what I could gain off the purchasing of the domain or if I could buy their server data as well.
