Buying referrals for PTC sites

Is someone on BHW offering referrals for PTC sites or maybe you know some other place where you can buy referrals? I know that it is probably useless to buy referrals but I am asking for a friend of mine

Hmm, You could try amazon mechanical turk and post a job having people sign up and complete a task and pay them. or you can google " superpay me" they allow you to but signups for programs Other than that i have no other ideas sorry hopefully one of those helps.
