Buying REAL Followers?

Yes you can via giveaway campaigns where followers are incentivized to follow a list of accounts in order to enter/win.
I run campaigns like this very frequently and can provide ~1k followers every other day.
Followers are Majority USA(40%). Rest is mixed international.

As someone who tries A LOT of SMM stuff, this "real followers" are bots most of the time.
Even if they are real, they look fake haha. If in some cases, they are real people but are not from your target group. You cannot buy real followers. Period.
For my situation, there are time when my personal Instagram follows some random people I never followed or knew. Back then I never knew this kinda stuff and wonder why. Now I know of this SMM stuff and got me thinking probably someone has purchased "real followers" service from the net and I in some programming way has been unwillingly forced to follow someone I don't know. The results? Instant unfollow.
As someone who does organic Instagram growth service and has experimented a lot of "real followers" service on the net, I would say, don't do it.

If you want real followers mostly there are three ways: 1. manually post content that attracts real followers. 2. do paid advertising through facebook or instagram. 3. do paid promotion like giveaway and incentives. if anyone has any other way of getting real followers let me know.

Practically there is no such term as " buying real followers".
if you want to grow your account with real followers Manual Instagram Growth (Follow and unfollow) and Mother slave.

Well i think a good way to get real folowers its to find people who will grow your account naturaly .For example you can find instagram people in your niche who have a lot of folowers ,then you pay them by promoting you with posts on their profiles
In this way you know that you will get real folowers and not some bot folowers

There is no real followers at all. is a marketing method, but it could be real looking followers which has pictures and followers. All the accounts made by the software teams and help you to grow your page. Its a good way to grow page but you also should buy likes and views to make our profile look real
