Can someone guide about where to buy Push Notification traffic to promote my CPA offers which are mainly for pin submit or app install.

Hey, Well make some distinctions, Megapush - Marketplace, they close deals and have tons of traffic. AdMAven/Propeller - Direct traffic from direct sites. I would suggest going for any of the direct traffic sources and go for the rest on smaller tests. Propeller for instance did really nice for me on Crypto, AdMaven kicked ass for me on Sweepstakes and Dating and some Crypto. In the end, always go for direct traffic!

Thanks @PrinceOnLine for detail reply. I am currently trying with Popads but not getting much conversion, I am mainly planning to promote maxbounty or CPAlead offers. Do you have any guide or blue print to do this successfully. I'll appreciate if you share some points based on your experience pls.

Just pick the top networks and have a solid strategy. You can read about how I started in my signature. Should make a bunch of things clear to you.
