Buying Proxies...Anonymously

There's something I just don't understand about buying proxies. People want to use them to stay anonymous, right? So why is it that during every attempt to pay for them from all the BH listed sellers and more, they ask for your name, address, phone number, etc?

Asking for and/or giving this information and binding it with the proxies you are paying for is counter to the very reason why they are wanted.

Maybe it's just me and I'm being paranoid or ignorant, but I'm seeing a logic fault here.

If you have a solution or a workaround to this please speak up. I know people, and their money is good, but they just wanna stay out of the spotlight.

You're just ignorant you stay anonymous to a certain point. What would happen with the proxies sell if you hacked into NSA or do fraudulent things. All the blame would be on them. As long as you don't do something against the law you're fine. Once you cross that point they would release that info to the authorities if it comes to that. Like the FBI is knocking on my door that I've hacked a few banks because the proxies are on my name and I send them to you if that was the case :) Again this is a marketing forum not a fraud forum.
 
People using proxies should always remember that they can be traced no matter what. Some of them consider TOR to be the safest but, even TOR can be traced back with the required technical skills.

We are on a dynamic network filled with digital footprints so one way or the another, you could be tracked back.

As long as you don't commit any crime, you have nothing to worry. Yes, as for the privacy reasons, using a proxy is typically safe since most providers will require a court order to release your server logs.

Nowhere in my question did I mention anything illegal including CC fraud or hacking the FBI or banks (way overreacting).

Don't know why those assumptions got brought into my query, but maybe they're just an attempt to misdirect what my real question was.

Just to bring it back on topic..."So why is it that during every attempt to pay for them from all the BH listed sellers and more, they ask for your name, address, phone number, etc?" If there a way of paying for them with more anonymity it would clearly be better. Otherwise, using proxies seems to just give an illusion of privacy such as the United States Homeland Security's TSA.
 
They need that info, so in the event that something does happen, their asses are covered..............

You're buying the proxies for anonymization from the intended target, not the seller. If you need this SUPER MYSTERIOUS TOTAL ANON then get a fake credit card, shoot the man who made it, repeat 7 times, buy 7 different vpses and tunnel through them all in a random pattern every 5 seconds, and enjoy your goat porn in complete privacy.

If you wish to stay as anonymous as possible I recommend you purchase your proxies with something like a visa vanilla... Preferably from a store without cameras and not local.

With that you can login to the visa site (behind some other proxies after you've hopped someone else's wifi {using a mac spoofing tool so the hardware ID can't be traced & clear cookies, cache, and all that stugg,, perhaps using a linux live cd? as it won't leave any "prints" on your computer}) and put in any name and address. Pick a random name from a phone book somewhere far away so that the address checks out as valid.

That should more or less make you untraceable.

Wow, those are great ideas. Almost as good as...ok if you want to be anonymous...give your personal info to someone to sell you something to "secure your privacy". Awesome.

funny ive never once asked a person for
the address and phone number. i take there
payment and wish them on there merry way.
