Buying pop-ups question

Hey,

I always been selling pop-ups. I wanna buy now.

I wanna sell them later can I buy only clicks? So how can I buy it ? Is it enought to create an advertiser account and buy pop-ups from them with my link ?

Let's say I have now 10 pops a day. I wanna buy buy more pop-ups but I wanna play only if they click ( start pop up ) so I get commision from other company.

I pay 0.01$ for 1 pop-click and I earn 0.02$.
