Hey guys I am looking to diverify my IM empire and wanted to investigate this a little more.
I am looking to purchase established websites that make money and then I own them and improve them with with seo,linking,product offerings etc. Then after 6-9 months I sell them or keep them in my portfolio.
The goal being to own 20-30 websites that generate 3-4K per month. And to flip a couple per month generating another $2-4K.
Where is a good place to learn about this?
What is a good site for Websites for sale?
How do I identify a website that has potential (and not a POS)?
How can I educate myself the best to become an expert in this field?
