Buying PayPal accounts

Hello.I want to ask you guys.
Is it possible to buy 100% full verified , aged and the most important - with quite large payments history PayPal accounts?
I mean there are many people who are selling new made paypal accounts or some guys sell even aged paypal accounts , but they without any payments history.
I need PayPal accounts(doesn't matter fake or not) which were used many times before and which have a good reputation.For that i can pay not bad money.
Even if you don't sell , maybe you could help me with an information of how to find these accounts , how to find a person who could sell it.
Please , guys , i will pay.I just don't know where should i approach , because i didn't find anyone who knows where i could buy aged , full verified and with payments history paypal accounts.

Since paypal accounts with large payments history have been inevitably linked with a Tax ID, and (I hope) no one is stupid enough to sell a paypal linked with their SS#, the only way to safely buy and sell them would be as part of a business transfer transaction.

I just need aged paypal limits without any limits and with a good reputation.

I dont think anyone would have bulk of those as mostly they would have personal info especially for tax purposes.

I do have Canadian ones which are easy to maintain and no tax id is required
