buying paypal accounts

someone reported my Paypal account some how a marble pipe is 100% used for weed and i don't want to risk having it banned , will buying a new account help? im going to use a new ip on some virtual machine if i do use a new account. im willing to pay for a new account please someone message me.

So are you saying someone reported to PayPal that you were selling the pipe and did PayPal take action?
When selling items not allowed by PayPal it's best to use a stealth account where you do not lose everything if
you get some idiot reporting you.

Can't imagine buying a PayPal account will work smoothly. You're basically saying, "I'll give you a few bucks if you give me unrestricted access to your bank account to sell drugs and launder money in your name." Nobody is going to do that, so the accounts on the market are either just going to be scams or will get quickly banned.

Check out the Silk Road sites that run encrypted through the encrypted TOR network and trade through bitcoins. The main one got taken down, but there are hundred of lookalikes that basically do the same thing. They're like an ebay but completely anonymous.. even have to download a special browser just to access them. Should be able to sell your drugs/pipes more securely there.

Typically holds are placed by PayPal and are out of your control. They can come off or come back on whenever PayPal sees fit.
