If Googles algorithm sees that most of your links are no follow is it less likely to look suspicious?

Google follows the rel="nofollow" links this does not stop the robots from the crawl this is from the google webmasters tools sight:

The Google speak meaning for "In general, we don't follow them" is we do follow them just we don't wont you to think that we do.

So from the Google algo point of view it doesnt matter if 90% of your links are ********?
