1. they're looking to scam people and burn the account

2. they don't know how to create viable eBay/paypal accounts

3. they're too impatient to make their own and age them

you people pricing accounts that high are snake oil sales man accounts that have high limits and no holds have value but no one in there right mind pays those kind of prices!
