First all, is it possible to buy them and which would be the average price?

I used to buy monetized channels for 140-200$ back in 2019. I opened a 'want to buy' thread 2 weeks ago here on bhw and the offer that came varied from 300-500$ for botted channels. I guess that's how prices go for now
 
there are some people selling in market place.
Just check the reviews before you buy

I think I need a Jr VIP to sell here... I have channels that I grow, one is monetized but the others still growing subs, maybe in 3 to 4 mos I will post it in WTB section...

I do this alone so I think I can sell accounts twice a week only, so if you can wait then we will see you in WTB section in 3 mos time :)
 
If youre starting a film channel, then i dont recommend starting with a monetized channel because theres other ways to monetize on youtube without adsense.

If youre strictly after adsense, then yes you can buy and start with a monetized channel
