Buying Monetized Channels with Low Views

I bought a few monetized channels that are only several months old and I have changed the adsense to a new adsense account. The channels have low views and are monetized but they usually get removed from YPP around the end of the month or at the start of the month for reused content. Could the low/botted views, channel age, and changing the adsense account of the channel be the cause of the demonetizations?

I manage these channels that got demonetized by using a new ip/device/adsense.

Changing adsense is not the cause of this. But the videos should follwo YouTube guidelines strictly.
