You should ask him for a video proof of the channel stats and earnings .
You can buy monetized channels easily, and organic monetized channels are the best. There are some good sellers on SWAPD.

You should go for monetized channels if you don't want to go through the hassle of waiting to get the subscribers and the watch time, however keep in mind that you buy quality channels.

if you buy the account there is a 50/50 decent boted or bad boted, is the easy way, you need to make sure account is in the same location of your country or country you want to target like you are usa but you buy a german youtube account insta flag I mean no immeidately but you get my point, one is risky because you loose money the other one requires your time an effor but if you are able to locate a really good seller you are half way through.
