Hi there. Our channel with 200k subs had been demonetized since 2017 November due to "elsagate" controversy. I've contacted Youtube to reapply for the partner program many times since then but didn't hear back. I've created new channels already but they're not reaching the minimum requirement to have monetization enabled. So i have a two choices. Either buy a channel that is already monetized or buy views and subs for my channel so that it can be monetized. Which one would you suggest? The big question is, if i buy a monetized channel and connect it to my adsense (which i already have), will it go against Youtube's policies? Could they ban my channel or even Adsense account? And is buying views (some say it's real traffic) and subs (also real accounts) will it also go against Youtube's Policy? Thank you so much.

I've been looking for the answer to your question, I'm going to continue digging and check back to see if this post has any info as well.

This is always going to be risky to do for a variety of reasons. Adsense doesn't have a specific policy dealing with this from what I've researched.

This, there is a direct policy for, YouTube's 'Fake Engagement Policy':

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3399767?hl=en

"Content and channels that don't follow this policy may be terminated and removed from YouTube."
