Buying mobile traffic

I previously posted this in the looking to buy forum, no response then, so forgive me if I am in the wrong forum I am just looking to at least get some insight.

I am looking to buy direct traffic for my site, but only from mobile device sources. Does such a thing exist and if so where can I buy that traffic?
