Hey guys,
I've recently set up a print on demand store and I've started experimenting with paid ads on facebook / instagram. I suspect having a new social media page on both of these networks with less than 10 followers/likes makes the site look shady af in the eyes of customers. I was thinking I could maybe buy about 1k followers for both pages as well as a bunch of likes for all of the posts to add some social proof. But I worry this could mess up the ad algorithms and they will start showing the ads to poorly targeted users. Could that happen?
Also, if you have any experience or recommended actions with fresh social profiles for eCommerce sites, please share!
