I'm using cpa l3ad and i'm wondering is there any place, where i can post job, for someone to do surveys for me, and i will pay those who doing surveys.

Also is this ok ? I mean this is not against rules ?

If you pay anyone to fill out surveys that do not allow incentive traffic, and you are caught, your affiliate account will be terminated. So be careful and use only approved campaigns.
