I just got the black iPhone 5 a few days ago.
It's wayy better than Android. I just switched from Android to iPhone and I do not regret one thing!
I was thinking of getting something like that, but I thought if I dropped the phone that case wouldn't help much with impact.
Edit: I see it's a skin not a case.

Purchase a black one, after that purchase some nice carbon skin for like $10 or $20 or so.
Then spend 30 minutes to 1 hour exactly lining up the skin, and you'f got yourself a nice looking iPhone which doesn't get scrashed at the back easily. As a illustration, this is my phone

@Checkmate a case will help when you drop the phone, well it wont if you drop if from like 2 stories high.
But I can say that a case will protect better than this skin. Yet again, I think the skins look better anyway.

If you are a man, you will get a black iPhone. If you are female or a gay male (I have no problem with either) you get a white iPhone. I think that is written down in the US Constitution.
