Depending on how many actions you plan to run on them, the farther they remain from each other, the longer they will last.
If you log in all of them from the same pc and spam with any one of the accounts, all of them are put at risk. So, get 5 proxies, keep two max on each if you're going crazy with the actions.
Get 3-4 and keep ~3 accounts on each if you stay under the radar and keep everything low key.
Where you get these proxies from is also important because getting shitty proxies and using one account on them could also get your account locked/suspended so choose wisely.

Each account belongs to an individual. If you use all of them on your PC, it means that all 10 people are using your device which is unusual. So, IG locks your accounts. You need 10 devices to avoid it. But it's not cost-effective. So, you need 10 browser instances each using distinct proxy, fingerprint, activity etc.

Good evening mates, I have a question, If I want to manage 10 accounts like this guy and I buy 5 residential proxies, 2 accounts for each proxy how and where should I use them, is it posible to use all of them in a computer or in a smartphone?

Of course you can use of them on your PC. But it would be best for you to go with 1 proxy each account to avoid your accounts getting blocked.

Yes you can just go without american proxy, but there's a high chance that it will get blocked. My suggestion is always 1 us proxy 1 us account.
