Buying IG followers = shadow ban?

Appreciate this is a basic question just want to be sure.

Does buying IG followers guarantee in a shadow ban OR does it depend on the engagement rate % based on amount of followers your have.

So if for example you had 200 followers and got 40 likes a post (20% engagement rate) and you bought a 100 followers to have 300 followers and still get 40 likes a post (13% engagement rate) would your posts do considerably worse?

I believe the average engagement rate is 5% so anything over 10 is still safe right?

If you get an enormous grow out of nowhere, you get a ban. 100 wouldn't be a problem, higher will.
Thing is, what do you think to reach with buying followers?
 
If IG detects any unusual activity on your account, they will shadow ban you. If you are thinking of buying followers, make sure that you are getting them in small numbers with some gaps of time interval. As long as engagement is concerned, you will get that only from your real followers.

ide try a test of trickle followers rather than anything substantial
 
If you suddenly acquire a large number of followers without a corresponding increase in engagement, it can be seen as suspicious activity, and Instagram may flag your account. so i advice you increase your engagement alongside your followers. Anything above 10% is considered good.

Buying fake followers will kill your organic engagement. Instagram shows your post to a limited number of your followers. Now imagine Insta trying to show your posts to those fake followers who are not going to engage with your post. That will in turn trigger the Instagram algorithm to show your posts to fewer people as your posts are now 'undesirable' in Instagram's eyes as no one's engaging with them.
So fake followers may not result in a shadowban but it will definitely kill your account gradually.
 
Problem is with buying Ig followers opr FB followers and likes, no matter if you use a good recommend growth service or smm, you buy followers, but they are not niche target and not geo target.
Results: they will not engage with your content maybe at 1-2% engagement rate.

You will not growth big as an expert in your niche and you will not get leads and sales.
Any recommendations for a good fair price social growth service to get niche and geo target viewa, comments, likes and followers?
 
There is a way to do this, you have to work with someone strong.
