Buying IG Followers (Lifetime) is this possible?

Wondering if it's possible to buy IG Follower services where the followers are 'permanent' and auto-refill. All the services I've seen they bleed out and only have options for auto-refill for 30 days.

Is this something that exists? Or is it expected no matter what you buy/where you buy they will bleed.

Looking to get 10k followers and slow drip feed them. Would also be nice to get auto-like (drip feed) on post (couple hundred) as well.
