When I write feature articles on Forbes.com my clients see huge improvements. #1 - They get a huge spike in referral traffic because many people are reading the article then they want to learn more about the company featured (my client) so they click on the anchor text and land on my clients site. Once they are on the site, if they need the product they purchase or maybe sign up to the Newsletter then my client has generated a lead. Google values the Forbes.com link alot more because Google can see that people are actually clicking on the backlink, when real humans click on the backlink google values that link higher obviously more than a backlink on a directory page with 100's of other backlinks that no one ever clicks on.... So my answer is guest posts are very powerful if you actually get featured on a real legit site and not some garbage site no one reads.

Use the report feature at the bottom left of the user's post and Red Boss Man et. al. will take care of it. Also, you might want to remove the user's contact information from your post (the email address) so as to not give the spammer free publicity.

You have up to 15 minutes after a post is made to delete (or edit) it. After that, only a moderator can delete (or edit) it. If you actually want to post here (not spam, like you've done on https://www.google.com/search?q=bismahgirl1%40gmail.com other https://www.google.com/search?q=bismahgirl1+at+gmail+dot+com), then you should message a moderator (I know @Zwielicht is online currently) and ask nicely and they'll remove your spam posts for you. Otherwise, I'm sure the posts will get removed soon enough and your account will probably also get banned.
