Ok I'm new to this and this is my first venture but I have some questions.
My whole plan is to make a site and sell their item a a higher cost but without having to actually purchase the product myself. They pp me and I send the seller what they want and they ship it to them. I'm looking to make 20-30$ profit from sales but do i have to notify the seller that im doing this?

Also, whats the law regarding using pic found on other sites and using them for your own?

You don't need to let the seller know where you got the item. Capitalism works by buying low, selling high.

Check isaiahz thread in here about making money dropshipping on amazon, it discovers this in depth, and it could easily be applied to ebay/anywhere else.
