Buying FB comments from real accounts?

I've seen some advertisers on FB promoting shitty products (an actual product but doesn't do what it claims to do), having comments praising the product and the comments were coming from real people as I've checked their profiles (lots of friends / pictures and seems really legit) .. Where do they buy it from? does any body have any suggestions please?

Edit: They are also coming from people living in the country this offer is targeting .. pretty neat.. Any idea guys how they managed to get this?

Well there are freelancers that you can hire to do these kinds of reviews. You can try posting under Hire a Freelancer. You'll surely get one who can do the same for you.
