I’m having issues creating Facebook accounts. I have a 4g proxy with 50 incognition profiles. When I create a Facebook account Facebook will not send texts to the assigned phone number

Try with fake ip software and you can create accounts based on the ip address of that country.
We’ll I’m using 4g from the country that’s what I was looking to buy accounts from the same country

You should post at the Want to Buy forum. Anw I see you don't mention old or any special about the profile. Then you can try renting a Latvia proxy from Dolphin/Adspower or any proxy provider and create the Facebook profile yourself
