they'll block your ip range if you get banned a lot.
Twitter actually sent a cease and desist letter to the guy who was hosting my proxies about 2 months ago, so honestly I'd use free proxies from the net..
if you can find a forum that shares lists every day.. weed through the bad ones, it's free and you can make 100's of accounts per day.
also, 3 accounts per IP. you'll get banned much faster if you do any more than that.

That all makes sense.
Anybody used Proxy Server Finder to find X amount of proxies? You can test them all, similar with Scrape Box but not sure if the longterm quality (as in fewer people using them) is any better than what Scrape Box comes up with.
