Buying facebook URL, how to change owner?

Say that I'd like to buy a URL name from another facebook user and make that URL possible for me to register.

How would I go along doing this?

To clarify:

I'd like to buy facebook.com/examplecompany
Currently another user owns the /examplecompany URL but I contacted him that I can buy it
Now we both would like to transfer it to me

I don't think there's a way to actually transfer the name, all he needs to do is change it into something else on his account, the name will then become available and you will be able to change yours into the new one. Not sure about the timeframe - how fast it will become available (if it's instant or not ) you might want to test that out with another name just to be sure.
