I promote AliExpress products in public Facebook groups. Do you think it is a good idea to buy some likes and comments on those posts so I increase engagement on that post? I have an aged Facebook account, do I have to worry that my post will be flagged, or my account?

If it were me, I would search for groups of mutual likes and comments in my country.
They make it to your post and you do it to theirs.
Hundreds of comments are not needed, 5-10 good comments at the beginning are more than enough.

How how will he get the likes if its just 5_10 engagements?

This service is cheap, no problems found

You can be sure that you will get at least 50 likes for 5-10 comments.
People don't want to comment easily.
In large telegram/whatsapp groups, everyone shares the post link and states "I'm returning the commenter".
They usually like the posts and you respond.
When this process was done to the post shared on Instagram recently, it was discovered and received thousands of views.

Can you PM me some groups where I can share posts for mutual commenting?

Some comments will not get it flagged. If you start spamming, then it can happen.

I think you can buy your panpage likes and followers, but if you buy comments I think you will most likely get flagged and spammed.

A lot of people actually do this and they seem to get good results because they keep doing it. The main thing is to choose a good provider who knows how to do it so as not to have bad consequences in the end.

I think it's necessary, but you should buy it from reputable sites and keep the frequency of comments far apart to avoid being flagged

Of course you need to do this on a regular basis.

Running an ad campaign with an affiliate link of an affiliate is within facebook's terms. you should use accounts with good strength to be able to advertise your campaign
