buying facebook account

It's better to start changing every Info slowly and i advice yout o do 2fa it's better to protect you account, as the seller may sell also to other person the same account by mistake

That is a new restriction of Meta, you should have a backup for everything you have and move on each time it requires the OTP from the old phone. Can't solve that problem, so the best solution here is having a backup and moving on.
