These expired domains, when you buy from godaddy, do they come with the websites that were originally there? Or is it just a domain that you have to integrate with your new website?

They just come with the domain. there are programs you can use to search up the old content.

it would be domain , some would have cache just delete them and start with uploading WP and new theme and start over

you can still use wayback machine to find the old content
 
I bought one recently that's been saved 40 times between 2000 - recently. I registered it thinking it was new though. Does this increase it's value? All backlings are relevant.
