Buying email list from customleads. Is it worth?

Hello guys,
I would like to get your opinion about buying email list. I heard that customleads is serious in business? Maybe you know others? What can be the conversion of these in compare to own built list?
I want to start email marketing, but i don't have a list, so i want to know is it worth to buy it?
